Again, this post is about weeks ago. Sorry for late updates. You might wonder why i have been *MIA* for so long. The reason is i was struggling with my flying, stress and fatigue. I had no time to blog, neither msn nor facebook. XD

As now, i'm still busy but i'll try out my best to keep me in viewed. XD Okie, on 14th Feb, 1st of Chinese New Year. I'm not really wana share about the CNY in this post but about my childhood memories in hometown.

There's a river which nearby my grandma's house. It is nothing special to anyone but for me and my bunch of cousins, it means alot. For every year we go back to hometown, this river is the place for us to chill out, play around, enjoy, and relaxing. As i mentioned in previous post, my cousin, kuannam is moving to Aussie for further his study, and so this will be the very last time he chills @ river there. On this memorable day, we named it Bachelors' day ! XD

Our lovely Valentine

Hey peeps, and so i would like to share about my Valentine ! XD Yea it's over. Once again i'm sorry for not updating my blog recently. XD As you know, Valentine's Day of this year would be on First Day of Chinese New Year as well. I bet many couples celebrated it in advance and so did i, a day before. For this Valentine, I tried to throw out some surprise to my dear which was something that i never did before.

I always think that buy a gift for someone is not sincere enough as in it doesn't show out the hardship and sincerity of you by just buy something.Eeeuuurm, it might show how wealthy you are. XD So, i made something for my dearest. Perhaps, it won't be so special for anyone of you but this was my very first time to make it , showing my sincerity and my love to her. XD You guys will know what was it after the photos ! XD

- restaurant MinMax -

2 days right before Chinese New Year, a week before my cousin, kuannam heads to Aussie to further his study and so, my elder cousin, ChienFui planned to have dimsum in this morning as farewell breakfast for kuannam XD. This would be something different than usual farewell party XD!
Thanks to ChienFui's courtesy for this breakfast, we had it @ restaurant MinMax which located nearby KLCC. According to my cousin, this restaurant was quite famous with dimsum. The special thing was the dimsum halal!! It means even muslim can enjoy the delicacy of dimsum. By the way, did i mention my cousin, chienfui is a muslim ? XD

Peep, i'm so sorry that been away for a month. I was struggling for flying recently, busy and stressful even for this moment, but anyhow i'll try my best to update it.

Short to the topic, weeks ago was the Chinese New Year and so of course i've got back to KL for a short break. First post that i'd like to share is about my niece, Cheryl. She changed a lot, i mean she was getting cute than old time. As CNY was approaching that time, my mum, sister, me and of course Cheryl went out for shop. Here are the photos that i had taken on that day. Mostly about my niece. XD

Robinson 44

Peeps, I'm getting out of ideas to blog weih, heck! I guess it's b'coz i'm stuck in dead town. I've nowhere to go, what i do the best is rotting @ home. I guess i'll die of boredom soon,hell ! Since i've nothing special to blog * but insist to post something to ensure my blog is still alive * , so i'd like to share with you about my studies. XD I guess the few posts of next are still the same. Hopefully you'll get interested with aviation, or else my traffic is gonna clear, no weih !
Well, let's start! Robinson 44 is the name of a helicopter, aka chopper. In Malaysia, not many schools are conducting the rotor wings course. Till the moment, I guess my school and INTS in Ipoh are conducting the course. Of course, you can get into Airforce, an alternative besides the flying schools.
Some friends asked me, do i know how to fly the chopper? Definitely, No. I'd like to clarify about it. There're many kinds of flying licenses, major in fixed wing and rotor wing. Fixed wing refers to the propeller or turbine jet aircraft such like commercial plane or the light aircraft that i'm flying currently. Rotor wing refers to chopper. Both of these are totally different in manner of theory, techniques and aerodynamics. So, basically I don't really know much of chopper. What I know is to get the chopper license is definitely tougher and expensive compare to fixed wing license. The course fee is double up of fixed wing course fee, around 500k i guess. To control a chopper ,you need a very high skill in term of hovering, accelerate and etc.

Let's get back to Robinson 44 , R44 . This is a very basic and simple chopper which is just fine to beginner. My school just started the course last year with the only fleet, so it's a good starting point. =]

As i said this is a very basic chopper, so you won't get to see many instruments as photo above. Not like the fixed wing that i'm flying currently . Pheww..

Let's see the back. The tail rotor rotates faster than the main rotor twice. The tail rotor's position and distance from the center of gravity allow it to develop thrust in a direction opposite of the main rotor's rotation, to counter the torque effect created by the main rotor. While, the main rotor is maneuver the chopper by changing the blade pitch in order to give different of angle of attack.

The front view, somehow, i feel it looks like a small creature, insect with 4 legs, 2 superb huge eyes, and the nostril ? XD I'm thinking of Kamen Rider ! wtf !

As per previous post, i mentioned that today is my burfday, weih ! XD Well, I'm not really get into the mood of celebrate it at all b'coz i'm in the fucking dead town XD All my best friend and girlfriend in KL, what's the point ? XD Anyways, thank you for all the wishes from my friends, especially my dear . She've got me a burfday present, I wonder what's it. Underwear? XD Okie, back to today. I'm not really enjoy it as i still gotta wake up early for flying and the flying is sux. I don't really like it. Furthermore, the aircraft's airspeed indicator ( ASI ) not really working well and hence, i nearly dive into the ground to 400' just to chase that fucking speeeeed! Hell, glad that i'm still alive XD Screw up the whole air exercise since the ASI is not functioning well. . what a great bday present for me. Somemore, I gotta replace my friend for flying tomorrow, exhausting weih !

I guess most of you guys had fun in the countdown party yesterday and hence today some still continue with parties or rest at home b'coz today is the fucking holiday ! But not for me ! Pathetic!!

I have sortie today. Woke up @6a.m to catch up the bus. Slacking @ the airport whole day just to wait for my flight ! Anyhow, I didn't manage to fly due to pretty bad weather, came back home @ 3.30pm. What a waste of the day. Fuck the weather !
By the way, i managed to follow my instructor, capt zarni for a test flight eventhough i couldn't get my lesson but at least i fly ! XD Capt Zarni was responsible to check the plane's instruments and i was glad to get his approval to become the observer, airborne with him . Orh well, at least this was so called 1 Jan 2010 celebration above the sky .
Since i was the observer, i don't need to handle the plane, but just enjoy the flight. Hence, I managed to snap some photos in flying! Enjoy ~~
