3 bachelors' penang trip, awesome! day 1

Peeps, this should be a update for weeks ago. I was stuck in the kotabharu without any flying sortie, so this was damn boring. Daily routine was just wake up, eat and sleep. Due to zest on good foods, craving for delicacy. I came out a plan with my best friends, vincent and philip , that was a trip to penang! A day before, we decided everything including hotel and schedule. We started up the engine by 6o'clock morning, took about 5 hours duration. Orh yea, this was a 3days 2nights trip!
To-do-list in Penang
# watch movie! Karate kid! ahhh chiak!
# food satisfaction { char kuey teow, asam laksa, prawn mee, kuey teow soup, cendol, blablabla }
# shopping! { weih, mux buy something la! }
# clubbing and beer ! { kotabharu pubs are damn frigging lousy! ish! }
# relaxation { spa maybe? }
# craving for big building!! { yea right, kotabharu doesn't have big building! }

Once we got into the island, we were lost ! wtf?! Actually we travelled without any idea, map or guidance, how dare were we. XD By calling anyone from penang, we able to get on track, looking for TuneHotel.

finally i got rid of dead malay town, able to see alot of chinese shops! phewww

After tracking the road blindly, at last we checked in TuneHotel! wow woW!

3 persons with 2 beds, the room was tiny but kinda small.
Anyhow, this was quite expensive due to late booking, cost us 85bucks.

We planned to shower at first, after that head to Gurney plaza for shopping. While waiting for shower turns, camwhore time!

Before Shopping, we were looking for local nice foods. Well, as we were not penang gang, hardly to get nice foods without any signs. However, we managed to find it! First spot, kuey teow soup!

Okie, Gurney Plaza here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Frankly, we were look like kampung boys get into the big city! hahaha, by looking at those brandy shops, we were so excited!
Of course, movie was a must besides shopping. Karate kid, a nice movie!

Time for dinner ! As we were not very familiar with the roads here. Basically the only choice was Gurney drive for dinner. Yea, i knew the foods over there were not the best in penang, but still nice! XD

After dinner, should we go for entertainment? Hardrock cafe was our target, as it was quite new in penang and of course, we love hardROCK!

Next point would be craving for beer and club! As many of you know, the place famous with clubs and pubs in penang, which ever i don't really know the name of that place! XD

we bumped into the worldcup festival as well that time!

we didn't really drink much as in gotta keep conscious for other leisure! Supposingly vincent was looking for foot spa after drink. Too bad, he failed for it, didn't know where to get. XD We headed back hotel and looked for supper. We were too lucky by know nothing on the best foods in penang, we bumped into one! The famous prawn mee in penang { only available in midnite } =.='
